The idea for this site developed over a long period of time. It first came to me one evening while resting on our carport (read here 'Cat Porch') where there resides an assortment of little Cats, some homeless strays, some once loved castaways, and some walk-overs (transfers) from another home somewhere in the neighborhood.

You will see and read about several of those little Cat Porch residents, two in particular, who's presence and very existence has become embedded in my mind as well as my heart, and my every day's activities. Some of the stories I will post here are not the most pleasant a person could want to read, especially to those who are owned and loved by a Cat.

Included on the site are the collections the family (cats included) have accumulated over the years. Hope there is something here for everyone.

Mingled in among the different 'collections' you will see an assortment of pictures of little Cats, Dogs, and others of Mother Nature's little creatures. Most are of my family ..... pets, grand-pets, close friends' pets, some of the wild creatures that make their home in/around the areas where we all live.

Again, this is My collection and not a collection of other folks' collections.
